Let me start by saying that I'm a pizza snob. The only pizza I like is an authentic NY slice or a Neapolitan pie. I eat a slice folded in half; a fork and knife is just blasphemy. And this place has earned my pizza snob seal of approval.

This place always has the freshest ingredients, and every time I eat here, it feels like getting a little taste of Italy. The ingredients are so simple, yet the pizzas are incredibly flavorful and delicious.
We usually get the Portafoglio and the Mushroom Truffle pizza, and both are amazing. Definitely one of our favorite spots for pizza!

Best, foldable pizza outside of Rome! Quality Pizza even if you're on a budget. My sweetheart and I drove from Redwood , try to get there early.
