I went last night and the doors were closed at 730pm. Mail stacked on the ground and looks like they are out of business. No signs saying anything. I see a post from 23 days ago on yelp saying the same. Out of business?? Moved locations ?? Someone please confirm.

There's a fly in my hot pot, but the waiter didn't seem to think it was a big deal and just asked us, "What do you want?" After speaking with the manager, they gave us a 10% discount, which is only 10 bucks off. Beware people, the fly was in the broth, and if there's one, there will definitely be more than one. If you enjoy bug broth then this is the place for you.note: 15% service fee is included in the bill.update: the waiter was cleaning off table next to us and he accidentally spill the water and splashed on my friend and I. not even a single apology made, smh.

I was nostalgic to try Shabu Shabu my favorite go to food in Asia. I liked the very thinly sliced meat but the vegetable portions where small comparing to what I used to enjoy in Asia for a decade. It had the shadow feel of Shabu but not the satisfaction of it. On the plus side, they have a good gig for quick in and out. It would be nice if they have like tempura, pumpkin, and egg in their meal kits included.....

I had one of the worst experiences in customer service at this location after finding a CATERPILLAR in our hot pot.I brought my friends from out of town here the day before my wedding to treat them out to a nice meal because I normally really enjoy this place. Our meal and service was going great until we found a CATERPILLAR in our soup pot. It likely came from the vegetables not being cleaned thoroughly. Our server (who was previously friendly) did not say a single word when he saw the caterpillar, he just grabbed the pot and took it to the back to switch with another one. After that another server came out and replaced the pot and continued to serve us. They acted as if no caterpillar was ever found! We were upset that they did not even apologize or explain themselves. At the end, we were hoping to get an apology or at the very least one of the servings comped for going through this but nothing! My wedding was the next day so I wanted to keep a happy mood and not think too much about it so we didn’t say anything. Looking back, we should’ve said something but hey that’s what google reviews is for to warn other people and to express myself. I probably won’t come back as there are other establishments that are more respectful and cleanly.

The place is good. The problem the lack of employees for make the service faster.
I like their hotpot. The meat is fresh and soup is good with reasonable price. I wish they cut the meat little thicker. Other than that I enjoy coming here for a quick fixed meal.

Delicious shabu. Huge amount of food for amazing value.
Wow so yum! Staff was so nice helpful and friendly
Low quality beef really ruined the great service. I tried to give this place another chance but the so-called “ribeye” was lined with stringy fat, toughening the meat.
This place has great meat quality. It is pricier than other shabu places, but well worth it for what you get. The servers came by at times to ask whether we wanted more of anything.

Good meat, good soup, good vegetables, good service. I asked the server how he liked his dipping sauce and he straight up made the sauce for me (epic). 41$ for the all you can eat is epic for the quality of the food. (15% service charge tho)
