Shake Shack San Francisco Centre

Solid shake shack burgers. Had an online order and went to pick up. Staff is strangely nonverbal and didn’t really say anything when I checked on my order. At some point they just waved me down and handed me a bag with my food in it. Food was hot and relatively on time so I suppose I can’t complain.

Ordered avocado bacon and black truffle, picked up and didn’t check until got home. Totally wrong burgers. Called them, nobody answered the phone. Nobody replied online chat. Complaint sent. I wasted my money and time, got nothing. You should be shame on your bad service and please train your employees better

Update: refunded. Still, my time wasted, and I didn’t get the food I wanted. I hope this is not done on purpose. Again,please train your employees better. It is Friday morning,not so many customers and still this, unbelievable.

Ordered online and picked up; my order was ready when I arrived. The store is located inside the San Francisco Centre's concourse-level food court. Efficient service and a satisfying meal!

Had the Shake Shack burger—Angus beef cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, and ShackSauce on a toasted potato bun—fries, and the Chocolate Yule Log Shake made with chocolate frozen custard, chocolate cake pieces, whipped cream, cake crumbles, and festive sprinkles.

Just okay! Normal shake shack- $19 for a burger, fries and lemonade

A well-known chain burger restaurant that serves food quickly. The special thing is that the fries are wavy and crispy when fried, and have a special texture. The burgers are not bad, but to be honest, the best one I have ever eaten is at the Incheon Airport store, maybe I was too tired at that time

You have to order via iPad, my person was ignored, no "hallo". After I received my food, it was dissapointing. 18 USD for cold fries and a little burger with tasteless sauce with a gummy bun and a paddy which was nearly burned. My drink was so full, that the soda swapped over. And it seemed to me that online orders are on priority, me as a present customer was not really recognized. This is not a recommendation.

I played on Maps and it was easy to find a chain store here in San Francisco. It's great to be able to eat this burger while staying in the USA.

I came looking for copper and I found gold! Glorious discovery in the city of San Francisco. After a trip through these lands, trying all the hamburgers that my girlfriend would allow me so as not to get bushels. It came to me by pure chance asking for a take away one silly night. I have to admit that I loved the smash burger and the truffled potatoes, so much so that we had to make an unscheduled stop and include another visit in our busy schedule.

100% recommended.

food was ok like any other shake shack, but the waiting time was too long. they were supposed to send me a message when the order was ready. i received the first message “Shake Shack here: Hang tight, we will text again when your order is ready.” but not the one notifying me that the order was actually ready.
