Shoshin Sushi is a cozy, authentic, and small restaurant located in one of San Francisco's unique neighborhoods. While the food may not be out-of-this-world, it has its own charm. The makis are particularly enjoyable, with the Naruto being a standout dish - a refreshing combination of spicy tuna, avocado, and cucumber. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and friendly staff, making it a wonderful option for both families and groups. The staff is courteous, welcoming, and kind, and the food is always delicious. The chefs take their time, and the presentation is excellent. The head sushi chef is a great character, engaging and attentive. Must try the daigo shots! Despite occasional delays due to the small dining area, the restaurant goes out of its way to ensure customers feel taken care of, providing drinks and edamame while they wait. Overall, Shoshin Sushi is a great small business that deserves the support of the community.
