Oh boy... This was sad. I usually don't rate things bellow 2 stars, but this was total trash. The place being completely empty at lunch time should have tipped me off to the quality. But hey, gotta make my own judgments here, so let's dig in! Got their most expensive dish, the Super Bowl, which includes most things in their menu. I thought of adding an avocado to give it some color, but that would put the meal well over $30, which is enough to get you two meals in most places downtown. Regardless, the pork belly was mostly... Belly. Just fat. There was barely any Gan-jang beef, and fortunately the chicken was fine (although with this much spice, you won't taste anything anyway). Even though I got the LARGE portion, it straight up felt like a light portion. And remember, we're talking about their most expensive dish here! It's just too disappointing. Too expensive. At this price point, you can eat delicious food at some very nice restaurants in the area! Just avoid this place.

Food was made extremely quickly but at the cost of the taste. The pork belly had no flavor and the beef was alright. The service was friendly. I would go here if you want a quick meal.
Great korean food, very filling

This is bad... Like really bad! Even the most expensive dish is a meager meal. For 28 bucks I can get SO MUCH MORE anywhere else. And so much better! Don't waste your money here.

The pork belly curry really was as good as the reviews say. Dumplings also great. Service was all smiles and kind. Will be back.

Under appreciated restaurant in the financial district. Picture yourself sitting here with just your thoughts. I came here for a meeting. The staff gave me my food and I sat down at one of their tables to eat and do my video call. Some people want a cafe, but I prefer a place with kimchi and rice.

I ordered their advertised 2 for 1 deal for their beef bowl and I swear to God - they split the beef across the two bowls. What I got was 2 bowls of rice basically with about 4 small pieces of beef. Very disappointed and angry. This happened with another company as well where they advertise a 2 for 1 but try to save on cost. Honestly just infuriating - Don't try to get a good deal here cus it's fake
So glad about this new addition to FiDi! Clean, fast, friendly to-go lunch place.

Utterly disappointed in this restaurant. Management clearly spent time and money on their dish artist renderings but what you get is a bowl of slop with no resemblance to the design. Not only does the food not live up to the images, it is an utter culinary disaster.
Two of us came in during lunch time to an empty restaurant. It took the sole store attendant nearly 10 minutes to come out and take our order. The food took just over 10 minutes to prepare.
The bowl of what was supposed to be a Pork Belly Curry Rice Bowl was really a bowl of hot rice flooded with room temp sauce and an overcooked, yet somehow cold, egg. The Tofu Sssm-Jang Rice Bowl was similar. Heat was a major issue with both dishes. The eggs were just under room temperature, having been prepared first, sitting on the counter during our wait. Why weren't they hardboiled? The silken tofu was served cold, straight from the refrigerator, with no time to absorb any flavor from the sauce. Atop our bowls of mush, a pile of crispy fried onions and cold kimchi, again, straight out of the fridge. Plops of toppings on slop. We noticed no garnish, although there should have been pepper, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
Did I mention that the Pork Belly bowl didn't actually have any pork belly in it? That's right. Apparently, the server forgot to add the key ingredient in the Pork Belly bowl.
My recommendation: save your money or spend it elsewhere. This place severely lacks quality control and apparently there is no pride put into working here. It's a convenient location but with so many incredible Korean restaurants in SF, this is a miss. Atmosphere gets 3/5 because the location is good, the restaurant seemed clean, but the music selection was odd.

Don’t usually write reviews, but one of the best quick lunch spots I found at SF!
Came with my co-worker, and we ordered pork belly rice curry and avocado with cod roe mayo rice bowl. Both of them came in 2-3 minutes, and total was less than $15 per person (which is very hard to find in SF). Portions were generous, and they all tasted great! Will definitely be coming back soon.

Got delivery from here and was happy with the price and portion size!
Good:
- I liked the kimchi fried rice bowl that I got! I got the large and it was way too big for me to finish
- Great value for price
- Fast delivery service
Bad:
- The food was a little mushy
- Tofu bowl had no flavor
Overall this was a nice find!
