was helped by a very sweet woman named Maria. she served everyone with a laugh and a smile and was incredibly pleasant. made our new year’s eve and would definitely come back to this location just to be helped by her again! thanks Maria!
Ginger pear sorbet is phenomenal.
Okay, I love that they have a size smaller than the Small which they call the Smidge. I don't like sweets very much so it's lovely to get a Smidge or tiny portion when I have ice cream cravings haha. Solid homemade ice cream with lots of fantastic flavors, ask for a sample if you want to try something out! Not sure if the pumpkin spice is seasonal, but it was quite delicious.
the chocolate sorbet was unreal 😋😋 it was so fresh and rich, highly recommended!!
Chocolate sorbet and mint chip are amazing, and the new seasonal flavor, Tea Time, is absolutely incredible. The only downside is that it’s seasonal—I wish it were permanent!
very disappointing experience. the texture of the ice cream was very grainy and creamy how it should be. the flavors were fine, but nothing special and there are few options. there are grocery stores with higher quality ice cream. my recommendation is to walk a few blocks and go to salt and straw. would not come back.
The flavours are all super yummy, well balanced, and clearly use good quality ingredients. I am in love with the mint chip with REAL spearmint. If you are someone who appreciates minimalism and a great product--this is your icecream shop.
Also very close to the Hayes Valley park with all the doggos, coffee shop, and funny outdoor gym :D
Tried 2 ice creams.
Acai: sour but perfectly sour. I was doubtful about the coconut bits but they were alright.
Madagascar Vanilla: 10/10 perfectly sweet and creamy.
Ice cream flavors are pretty cool and tasty
Opening in Smitten’s old location - a bold move. Too bad the ice cream doesn’t come close

Their vegan chocolate sorbet is very good. Finna get 2 more scoops before I go back home.
Allergen/gluten free/celiac safe ice cream! All allergens are clearly labeled on the menu and they will scoop your ice cream from a fresh container in the back. They seem really knowledgeable about allergens because I didn’t have to ask for any of this info or procedures - it’s just their stated policy!
Excellent ice cream. The chocolate sorbet was robust and powerful in flavor, creamy in texture. I loved the natural mint flavor as well. I also tried the blueberry and lemon bar, which was a lovely combination. Prices are very reasonable compared to other artisanal ice creams.
This is an excellent place to get some ice cream 🍦 if you are in the mood for a frozen treat on a hot day like today. The mint chip ice cream I had here really hit the spot. I may come back here again sometime. 5 stars
Icecream is just okay there are certainly better options in the city. Tried the gingerbread, cinnamon, chocolate mint, and vanilla. All are very average. The service was terrible the worker seemed annoyed. Audibly sighed when I asked if I could sample a flavor. I tried to see if I could be nice enough to get them to soften up but failed. Said thank you 6 times and never got any type of courtesy in return.
