A hidden gem. Really, really nice food, served fresh and piping hot. The veggies are nice and crisp, unlike so many places that serve soggy veggies. I love that the food isn't bathed in salt. The beef is tender and tastes like beef, not just salt and soy sauce. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. On top of that, the prices are shockingly low, especially considering the quality and size of the dishes. My new fave.

Came with a friend. We ordered a mango bingsu and shared that. The day was hot and this place really hit the spot. The only thing really was staff didn't really pay as much attention to customer needs like how we needed utensils, and the place was really crowded and hot that day, not really their fault on the heat tho. The children around us were a lil annoying ? Overall good dessert place!
Vegetarian options: I mean ur not gonna find meat in shaved ice for sure ?

If you have lived in Asia, you will instantly recognize the taste of authentic street food. They make the fried chicken wings fresh (not frozen), the curry fish balls include potatoes so it is a hearty afternoon pick me up. The entrees are done with fresh ingredients.

The other entrees are also delicious, and I've yet to order something from Snow Bliss that didn't completely satisfy. The atmosphere is bright and cheery, and the folks working here are good people. This is a cute cafe that has both legit meals and desserts and drinks. It's located near the end of West Portal, and there are parking spaces on the street in front of the cafe and on the residential streets behind the cafe. The cafe was spacious, clean, and had many open tables. The server was also attentive and took our orders quickly after we sat down.
We got the tiramisu bingsu for ~$18 to share. There was a slice of tiramisu cake along with 2 scopes of vanilla ice cream on top of the coffee flavored bingsu, and there were also sides of condensed milk and Oreo that you could put on top of the dessert. The bingsu was reasonably sized and every part tasted so good. It was even better than the tiramisu bingsu at Sulbing in south bay.
