We've eaten here a couple of times before seeing shows nearby at SFJAZZ. We always go with friends, and everyone seems to really enjoy the delicious food. It's an easy short walk from the performing arts garage, the prices are very reasonable, and the service is prompt and friendly.

Excellent lamb curry! I ordered it extra spicy and it was just right. Another hit with my wife and I was the chole bhature.

Absolutely love their grilled sandwiches, great place for Mumbai-style snacks. Decent service and ambiance, it's usually pretty empty but I think sees a lot of take out.

Paneer tikka sandwich here was awesome! Would definitely recommend. Chole bhatura was just so-so. Removed one star because spent money on a Lyft to go all the way to the restaurant to eat, only to be told they were only doing take out that night. Could've just saved the rideshare money to/from and ordered delivery. I guess the lesson is to call them before going there

Came here for a weeknight dinner with a friend, food was pretty decent but the restaurant was essentially empty except for us two (and was dead silent until music started playing about halfway through.) Ordered the chilli toasted veg momos which were really delicious, charred cauliflower which was ok but had a bit of a strange after-taste, and paneer tikka and garlic naan which were very tasty. Food/service were overall good, but probably would get takeout if coming again.

Wow, our new favorite go-to Indian restaurant! Fresh and wonderfully-flavored food -- especially the momos, a rare find. I'm only sorry we didn't stop by sooner.

The food was wonderful!! Everyone working at the restaurant was kind and helpful. But I suspect most of their business is take out. They seemed almost surprised that we ate there. By the way, food? Fantastic. Which is the point.

This is a wonderful hidden gem. The food is wonderful - the menu has a great variety with options more than the usual you see on a subcontinent/indian restaurant. The quality and flavors in the food is what has us wanting to go back. Our server was a patient and pleasant. We had momos, grilled sandwich and malai kofta with garlic naan. Loved all the items, each of them better than what I've had in any restaurant around here. Will definitely go back and highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat flavorful Indian food (with options from Nepalese cuisine).

Bad service, they don't care any take out order, no body asking your order detail, The waiter looks busy but didn't do anything.

Our server was so baked he struggled to function. Half the menu is crossed out.
