I got takeaway from here last weekend and they forgot an item. The food was actually pretty good!! But after complaining through the ordering system, to the restaurant itself for ~10 minutes, and via email, they would not refund the missing items. Only after I started complaining on Yelp did they refund me.
They say they can't respond to every single mistake they make because of the high cost of labor in San Francisco, but it's not like it's cheaper than other San Francisco...read full review
