This is by far the best Starbucks in the city. The people who work here are always so warm and friendly. Every time I enter, I am always greeted with a smile. Thank you for always making my day!
Stopped off for coffee, it’s a typical Starbucks, polite servers but still when you ask a question about what is and isn’t vegan, the staff seem to have to ask another member of staff? Starbucks need to train a little more in this area.
This is just your average Starbucks, - no smiles - no real cups. However if you need the toilet after your visit you hve to make your way through the posh lobby of the Nikko Hotel which is quite impressive.
