Pretty cute place, bright and clean. Big beautiful kiosks to oder from, but I assume you can order at the counter as well. The employees making the drinks had their hands full though. Lots of variety from Boba, fruit mixes and tea with other additions. My first time here but other family members have been. We had matcha with pudding, 1 in a cute bottle. We came for the bottle! Isn't s/he cute!
Got the gingerbread milk tea bottle for the holiday - super cute and I can keep the bottle. Only downside was they do not pick up phone and message response time was not ideal. But delicious drink and cute bottle!

Most of the other milk tea restaurants close to Union Square had already closed for the evening and this place just happened to be across the street from the hotel I was staying at. The space inside Gong Cha is really small so some people were waiting outside and some inside. I ordered a simple milk tea with boba from one of the touchscreen kiosks and waited next to a staircase where I had a good view of the staff preparing the orders.
