This place is ran like they don't care about their customers! They don't allow people in their lobby.. claims the bathroom is broke but never fixes the bathroom.. they seem lazy and rude. The way that man talked to the lady who had sat down to organize her stuff just made me upset.. I wanted to slap that attitude right off his face!! They enforce rules that no other Starbucks has or follows.. I don't work at Starbucks and I expect them to put the lid on my coffee! ? They apparently don't do that at this Starbucks! They said I have to do it myself! If I have to do it myself then I'll just stay at home and do it all myself!!! I NOR ANYONE I KNOW WILL GO TO THIS STARBUCKS AGAIN!!! TO BARK AT A CUSTOMER FOR USING A TABLE !! They are SF LEFT WING NAZIS!! DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!

What a horrible establishment. Very rude baristas. They don't make the drinks right. When I tried to explain how I wanted my $10 coffee I was told that it was done correctly. Obviously it was NOT. If you pay $10 for a drink one would expect it to be done correctly. By my standards. They would not fix my drink or make another one. I won't be going back to this Starbucks.

My favorite Starbucks to stop and get my usual. Staff make an effort to know and recognize me. My drink is always ready. There is always parking even though there’s construction across the street.

A friend of mine frequenced this Starbucks because it's very close to her house. When the other three Starbucks that are in her area are out of things on the app. This Starbucks seems to always be properly up to date. I'm not sure if the stores are what update the apps or if it's something else, but I appreciate that up to dateness that they have. The employees here are also unnaturally kind! I have never been inside of this Starbucks when it is not busy. At any point in the day. I feel like there can be at least 15 to 20 people here just waiting for a drink that they ordered online and the employees are being unnaturally kind and speedily working to get everything in order and correct to the customer.
Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant and I always make sure I put soy down for any of the milks I have. There's been a few times that I've also done oat, but either way I'm normally ordering through the app and I've never had a problem at this location with my drink being the wrong kind of milk.
Parking: There's no parking lot near this area, just the curve. Most of the time people are ordering through the app at this location to quickly go in and go out. So there are times where traffic can be a little wild here because people will just park their car in the middle of the street if the sidewalk parking is already taken. If you have someone else who can get out of the car to get the drink, I highly recommend going across the street and parking somewhere on that side of the curb so that your car might not get stuck in between. Some other cars also running in to get their drink.

Today 10/14/23 7:45 a.m I asked for a coffee and a large hot water she filled the water from tap then I asked her if it is drinkable or not because usually they fill it from that machine behind them. She went and asked another women if it drinkable or not that lady came close to me and said in a very rude manner that YES this is drinkable from everywhere we fill your glass. I wish such people don’t work in stores like Starbucks because they will ruin your morning with their customer service.
