TLDR: no seating and one thin tabletop to stand at

What happened to being a place away from home and work where you can relax? I was up early and wanted to get out of the hotel so I went to Starbucks to watch some nfl highlights and drink a coffee… only to get here and realize there’s no seats. What a bummer and really sad that they no longer offer seats, especially because it was raining outside

Barista was rude when I asked for a refill. She asked for a receipt and told her that I didn’t have one, but I was willing to pay full price. I just needed it on my thermos. I'm not sure how to describe her reaction, but she was not happy. She was nice to the person who came after me.

Once again, I feel like I'm invisible here. Their baristas are very condescending. I go there to enjoy a coffee for taste and for its ability to wake me up for work and I end up with a bad taste in my mouth from their attitude and a horrible mood from being treated like a vagabond from the gutter.

Refused to cash out my $5 gift card and told me I would have to call a number and wait 7-10 days because they assumed I was just another black dude running a ponzi scam. Completely unempathetically made me miss my appointment at the hospital to have an infected suture restitched. Showed them the open wound, and was told to "pull my shirt down"They don't value the health of customers and former partners!!

Not every experience is awful at this location; I guess it depends on who is working. This morning I was able to make a stop before being at work by 7am and I wish I had saved my money instead of wasting it here. My white chocolate mocha was extra sweet (like diabetes in a cup) as if to cover up the milk that seem to be expired. I could not believe how poorly made the coffee was. The man who served me ought to be trained more or be placed in another department at that Safeway. *yuck!
