The service at this place is terrible. The employees are bad, they don't want to serve customers, and nothing is ever ready in the mornings. Very poor service; they need to improve their quality.

They have a ridiculous manager whose name starts with “L.” After I placed my order, they made me get back in line again just to get water. He was harsh towards his colleagues too.

Slowest Starbucks on Earth. 3rd in line, took 25min to get my order. My $8 banana matcha was half full and tasted like it was just straight syrup.
Edit : it actually did not taste like syrup it tasted like solid dirt. Starbuck's andwer to my review is an automated answer sent to every 1* review, that tells you a lot about how they care. No I am not going to submit a message to customer service thingy, it is useless. I am not mad at that specificStarbucks anymore, good job, just mad at the whole brand now. Keep going.

This is by far the worst Starbucks. It’s connected to a target so the window is only open . There’s always only 2 people working & no matter the two , the service is always slow . The line starts to move into
The street . The wait to order is at most 15mins . Being that this is the only one in the area , the service need to improve or shut it down . It’s ridiculous.

Probably the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. I would prefer to provide feedback to Starbucks but there is no way to do that, so here it is.
The people at the store are super inexperienced and make zero efforts to rectify problems. Since when “decaf” means “no coffee”?!
This store is an example how _not_ to service customers. The useless canned response from SB below.

I should have known that this is not a corporate store… it’s managed by the Target store… the move very slowly. How long does it take to pour 1 medium cup of just BLACK coffee!?!? Nothing fancy with a pump of this and half pump of that … these kids who work there won’t make anything of their lives moving at that pace

If you go to this store, avoid being served by Ray. Incredibly rude, he acted like customers are an inconvenience and he was incompetent at making my beverage correctly.

We went to over 15 Starbucks in the US - this one had issue with getting orders right. 3 times our order was nowhere near correct and unfortunately it was closest to our hotel. CHECK before you collect it to make sure because going back (when it's busy) is like an event in itself. There was literally a day we waited 23 minutes for two coffees to be made correct to what we paid for.

The store is located on the ground floor of a supermarket. Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the store.
I ordered drip coffee and it tasted bad. No aroma, just bitter coffee. Who would drink such bad tasting coffee?

I wanted to take a moment and give a big shout out to Gaby. They were out of muffins one day, I came back the next morning and she said “we’ve got your blueberry muffin today!!” She remembered me from the day before. This is exemplary customer service. Thank you so much, Gaby!!

Staff is so rude and unprofessional. I have not encountered one employee that made any effort to provide basic customer service interactions. I ordered two drinks, and two sandwiches. The drinks came fast, and our food never came. We waited patiently, as they served several people after us in line their food. After waiting 10 minutes, and finishing our drinks, I tried to ask one of the employees if our food was coming soon. She looked at me, and turned around and started wiping counters as if she didn't hear me. So we wait another few minutes until I am able to get someone's attention, and he said they were working on it. Another few minutes later, he then goes over to put the food in. I feel like they enjoy giving terrible service and making the customers feel like crap. Don't even bother with the walk up window. They will just stare at you from inside like you're an idiot, even when no one is in line inside. Why even have that if the employees don't acknowledge it. It feels like they all hate being there, so in turn it makes me hate being there. I live right down the road, but this is the last time I will be coming here.

If i could rate with no star i would. Horrible horrible service i went in to place an order for 6 drinks and pastries. June 1st at 530pm only two workers, the lady in the register only speaking English was so unprofessional and so rude. STARBUCKS please train your employees to have great mannera and follow standards on greeting customers, and asking if there's anything else we would like to order before assuming im done with my order and giving me my total and asking for my name. I had no choice then to cancel my order. No ice, no whip cream, no pastries when it's still an open store. Also the conuters are so dirty they need to tidy up.

I went to this Starbucks on January 23, 2025 at 2:30PM, I went to get a Large Strawberry Acai with Lemonade and I gave the guy who was at least in his 50s who I gave him the reloadable gift card and he tells me it wasn't going through and I told him it reloaded money automatically a week ago and then he swiped the card on the credit/debit card terminal and in a rude manner with attitude tells me the card didn't get reloaded I told him there is a little over 10 dollars on it. He got mad and started complaining about how technology sucks and I took out my debit card and paid that way instead, I was afraid to ask for my receipt.
