It’s so nice to be able to leave a positive review, your Starbucks deserves it! Barista was helpful, friendly, most importantly make an incredible caramel Frappuccino. Also, one of the few Starbucks I can sit in Ava charge my devices while working. I’ll be back for sure.

One of the most consistent Starbucks I’ve been to. They’re my morning coffee stop. I never have to wait long for an iced coffee.
My favorite part though is how friendly and positive the staff is. It feels like you’re at an in n out or chick fil a. Their smiles and pleasantries are a nice way to start the day. In my experience this is atypical in SF.

Probably one of my worst Starbucks experiences ever. You got six employees and nobody can call a order for somebody that orders there yet they're calling all the online orders out loud. Had my order just sitting there for like 5 minutes

Today June 14, 2024 I experienced the worst Starbucks interaction- Lori an employee at the SF Montgomery st location was the absolute the worst !! Beyond rude* she was having a full convo upon my arrival refused $100 us bill when asked to see the policy was extremely condescending and dismissive ** I felt completely racial discriminated against and unvalued as a customer- she is a horrible representation of San Francisco Starbucks personnel- S x

This is an excellent Starbucks location. When I order on the app, my items only takes about five minutes and it is ready. This is during the morning rush hour at 8:30am. Large coffee and sausage muffin was $9. A large iced coffee was $5.45. With service like that, I go 2x a day. Hooray for the great baristas at this location!
