The service here is the worst. 20 minutes wait for a simple order made on the app? You people need to drink more coffee cuz you are slower than turtles on qualudes. Ridiculous.

Nice clean facility open very early. Did not always have items listed on menu (no blueberry scones all week!). Great coffee and prompt, efficient service.

Had to give a 1 star in order to start the review. Would give this place 0 stars. Although there are a couple of employees that are nice, the barista was rude, careless. You need to put your own lids on your drinks, I saw her over pour the drink for this customer then add whip cream with no care, when the customer put on her own lid the drink over flowed causing a mess. I also saw customers eating for their drink and food for at least 15-20 minutes. Terrible service overall.

Leather chairs! What more can you ask for? Wish they were more supple and softer but I will take what I can get. Friendly baristas. I can’t comment on the coffee as I am just not a bean connoisseur.

boring...slow...too talkative.WE ALL HAVE SOMEWHERE TO BE.and I'm going to be honest...staff is all too chatty. I don't mean to be rude but...I don't go to one of 200 MegaBux...ehhem...I meant, Starbucks...to award my run of the mill Barney Fife of barely a barista a gold medal...somebody give this dude a ribbon!I guess that about sums it up.

I want the owner to know I work hard and when I buy coffee or food at a restaurant or such as Starbucks bistro listen I expect. Let me say this for management and staff Job well done I thank you all on the front line working hard and being so polite friendly and each time I order for pick up or if I'm in store my food and coffee is hot and ready to go. Please keep that customer service up this is what makes me return. Please give them all a bonus or raise seriously this a paying customer.

Your favorite Starbucks drink should taste the same every time you order it, no matter which Starbucks you order it from and this location at Battery & California in the Financial District is no exception to that rule. Clean store, drinks come up fast, and friendly Baristas who are always smiling and have great customer service skills, so checks all the boxes for an easy and familiar Starbucks experience for sure.
