The barista TK had a nasty attitude when I asked to use the restroom. I understood that is was for customers only and said I would purchase after using the restroom because in that moment I had to go really bad. After expressing that and giving me a hard time when i asked for the code she had an attitude and even cut me off when I asked for the code again. DO BETTER

While downtown for a meeting, we took a break and went to this nearby coffee shop. to buy some coffee drinks. We took them back to our meeting and things got underway once again. The coffee was good.

While the service was courteous, the speed was extremely slow. Additionally, I was served the wrong item, and instead of addressing the mistake, I was unfairly blamed for it.

Had a great cup of coffee here on a chilly morning while in San Francisco for work. Nice open environment, big windows and good service.
Unfortunately they’ve recently stopped putting mobile orders on the pick up area due to thieves. This makes ordering ahead a far worse experience, during peak times like the morning you have to wait 10 mins to get a cold coffee and cold sandwich because they don’t staff a server so you have to wait for a barista to act as server

The service here is the worst. 20 minutes wait for a simple order made on the app? You people need to drink more coffee cuz you are slower than turtles on qualudes. Ridiculous.
