Let me introduce you to a model Starbucks employee who creates organic reviews and makes customers with little time, stop to give you wonderful feedback! Dani .. your barista at the Starbucks branch at 1700 Owens Street, San Francisco. She is wonderful not only for the quality of her impeccable matcha latte, but for the wonderful warmth and quality of Dani's customer service! Hey Starbucks team! You should use this girl as a model of leadership and example! Don't let her beauty and friendliness distract you, Dani is young, but her leadership stands out, she knows how to manage with kidness and above all excellence her brilliant work. After seeing her work with other customers, with speed and great communication and observing how she interacts in synchrony of efficiency and cordiality, this girl deserves a promotion! And Starbucks, a round of applause for hiring such a distinguished employee.

Gotta give it up for Curtis at the crew at this particular Starbucks. Usually SF Starbies are chaotic and unwelcoming but the team here was friendly, attentive, and incredibly speedy. They even brought my order directly to my table. Hope restored in metro Sbux!

I had a mobile order after my daughter appoinment at kaiser. I gave it some time because i just placed order and it was a few steps away from kaiser. My order said it be ready at 5:19 . Me and my daughter get there it was 5:25 and no order ready i guess they were cleaning up. Its 5:30 and two girls were cleaning touching garbage,flipping rugs then gets to my order using same gloves to make our drinks and heat our cookie. It was 5:35 still no order and it was just two drinks and a cookie. They were rude and if my daughter wasnt with me i prolly would of check they ass because no one was in line or waiting so i didnt get it . One asian girl had glasses and the other one dark black hair she had pinned up. In the future wash your hands and change gloves when dealing with garbage thats how people get sick weirdos.By the way my mocha taste like chocolate milk and my daughter drink tasted weird . She orders the same drink all the time. Shame on you guys for bad service and horrible attitudes i know its almost time to go home show some respect and put some effort at the end of the day i work to and brought my daughter to an appointment after and thought we would grab a nice drink but it was trash . This was on today November 6 at 5:20-5:35 pm not the red head girl it was the two 🤢 girls that didnt wash their hands after touching garbages and rugs

There is one employee who is lazy with customer service. First time there I ordered a cup of brewed coffee. She dispensed the coffee but walked away. I had to ask another employee to give me that cup. At another store the employee would hand me the coffee as soon as I was done paying. Another time I bought the lemon bread and she gave me the lemon cake in its plastic bag without even removing it and putting it properly in the Starbucks paper bag. She makes the experience feel less attentive and not the standard that I have experienced at other stores.
