Boba Guys has been a reliably great spot for milk tea and boba for years, and their quality has not wavered. Lately I've been favoring their mochi topping over the regular boba, which adds a nice variety and a different texture to the drinks.

Boba Guys Potrero is a popular spot for boba tea, but some customers have had frustrating experiences. The kiosk ordering system can be slow and difficult to navigate, and the new lids on the cups can be prone to spills. Despite this, many enjoy their drinks, such as the Strawberry Matcha Latte, which is a favorite among regulars. Customers also appreciate the convenience of ordering ahead of time, which saves plenty of time and ensures a good value with a lot of boba in each drink. The staff are generally friendly and quick, making for a positive experience. However, some have noted that the boba can sometimes be underdone and tough, which is disappointing. Additionally, there is a heads-up that the boba isn’t ready until 11:30 if ordered right at opening, but many still find it worth ordering early. Overall, many customers leave satisfied, especially with popular drinks and the friendly service.
