I live 2 blocks away, wanted to grab quick coffee before my flight. I was on the bike cause I was in rush, so I took cup holder and asked lady for a small bag. She said no, without missing a beat 0,25$ which is fine I said can you added to my account since I ordered online? She said no, and show me the register where couple of people waiting, I was furious 😤. I don't blame her, she doesn't know better. But the management, and big corporate. Starbucks is going downhill daily, not only you lost one loyal customer today due to 0,25$ bag, but 30 of us, since I used my business account.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Starbucks has been with the manager, Keith. He makes it a point to keep his team and customers happy no matter which store he manages and it’s hard not to frequent the cafes that has the Keith effect. What do I mean about the Keith effect? Your name is learned by the second visit and your usual order is already being made the moment you step into the store. You find yourself becoming friends with other regular customers because Keith initiates conversations on your behalf. Keith builds a community and Starbucks is lucky to have him as a leader.

I’ve been coming to the Noe Valley Starbucks for a while now, and Salvador is hands-down one of the best baristas I’ve ever met. He’s warm, genuine, and always on point. whether it’s during a calm afternoon or the morning rush. You can tell he actually cares about the people who come in, not just the drinks.
He’s the reason I keep coming back. One day he recommended the Iced Shaken Espresso with oat milk and one pump of brown sugar syrup — and now I can’t imagine ordering anything else. It’s perfectly smooth, not too sweet, and hits every time.
If you stop by this Starbucks, hope Salvador’s on bar. He’ll make your drink and your day better. Starbucks Noe Valley is lucky to have him.

I’ve visited this café several times since last year, and unfortunately, I’ve consistently noticed a difference in the way I’m treated compared to other customers. The service I receive always feels noticeably colder and more distant almost like they want to avoid interaction altogether.
They never ask for my name when taking my order, and I’m rarely given the chance to specify the size or type of milk before they immediately move on to charge me. Meanwhile, I see other customers being greeted warmly and treated with much more care and friendliness.
It’s very uncomfortable to experience this every time I go. I really don’t want to assume it’s racially motivated, but at this point, I honestly don’t know what else could explain the consistent difference in treatment.

Crime inside and outside of this store like kids stealing laptops from customers, unruly guests that are disrespectful to other guests, and more continue to prevail under the weak management team. I noticed women baristas are being harassed by customers in front of their supervisors. Bathroom is often filthy after guests use it too. Something somewhere needs to improve the experience here.
