Iāve been coming to the Noe Valley Starbucks for a while now, and Salvador is hands-down one of the best baristas Iāve ever met. Heās warm, genuine, and always on point. whether itās during a calm afternoon or the morning rush. You can tell he actually cares about the people who come in, not just the drinks.
Heās the reason I keep coming back. One day he recommended the Iced Shaken Espresso with oat milk and one pump of brown sugar syrup ā and now I canāt imagine ordering anything else. Itās perfectly smooth, not too sweet, and hits every time.
If you stop by this Starbucks, hope Salvadorās on bar. Heāll make your drink and your day better. Starbucks Noe Valley is lucky to have him.

Ayva was super sweet and is a fantastic brand ambassador :) She went above and beyond.
They never ask for my name when taking my order, and Iām rarely given the chance to specify the size or type of milk before they immediately move on to charge me. Meanwhile, I see other customers being greeted warmly and treated with much more care and friendliness.
Itās very uncomfortable to experience this every time I go. I really donāt want to assume itās racially motivated, but at this point, I honestly donāt know what else could explain the consistent difference in treatment.

Crime inside and outside of this store like kids stealing laptops from customers, unruly guests that are disrespectful to other guests, and more continue to prevail under the weak management team. I noticed women baristas are being harassed by customers in front of their supervisors. Bathroom is often filthy after guests use it too. Something somewhere needs to improve the experience here.

Detached Starbucks employees. Did not listen and got the order wrong. I complained and was faced with rudeness and indifference. Most Starbucks would have comped the drink due to their own obvious mistake. Instead, I was made to pay the difference and faced cold, dead eyes and complete contempt.EXTREMELY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Iāve visited this cafĆ© several times since last year, and unfortunately, Iāve consistently noticed a difference in the way Iām treated compared to other customers. The service I receive always feels noticeably colder and more distant almost like they want to avoid interaction altogether.
