I was very happy to have a new restaurant open fairly recently on 24th Street in Noe Valley -- and even better, it is so good. I think it's a good idea if you like spicy food and I do. My favorites are the Mabo Tofu with mushrooms and the cherry tomato chow mein. Also love the little fried chicken bites - Laaaazi Chicken. The sweet and sour chicken wasn't for me but that's a matter of personal taste . The staff is always pleasant. You just seat yourself and enjoy the good food....read full review
I came here with no real expectations and wow, the Chinese food (given this fast casual concept) was absolutely delicious. We got way too much food so we would have leftovers and could try out more of the menu. Tingly spicy chicken sandwich, Mapo tofu w/pork (best dish we ordered - they nailed this recipe), beef and broccoli rice plate, chicken nuggets rice plate, malt Sundae, boba Sundae, and beers: lager and cider made with strawberries and schezwan peppercorns. OMG another one for the books. Elevated gourmet fast causal Chinese. Try the MSG chicken and the jasmine soda. Everything is bomb !!! People don’t understand this is a restaurant that is casual.
