This is the best Starbucks inside of a grocery store, and I’ve been to a lot. The Bacon and Gruyère Egg bites are to die for. Reasonable prices!

asked for a bacon sausage egg wrap and the lady stood there and cooked it 3 times and ended up burning it to a crisp. still tried to hand it to me like i would eat it then when i asked for another she said it was the last one. thanks alot 😐

I've been here many of times over 7 years and enjoy drinks. Usually the old lady who makes my drinks is amazing, no complaints. But the important thing is that I don't understand why there is a male employee there, and every time I order with him, he always make my order wrong!Most of time I ordered with that guy, my caramel Frapp never have caramel sauce around the cup. I never asked bc I don’t ever want to be karen!The last time I went in and ordered a frapp, I told him I wanted the Venti size, he even held the Venti up high so I thought nothing would go wrong this time. But then he gave me the Grande size, what? I very politely asked if there was a mistake and I ordered the Venti. He looked at me and said "no, you ordered Grande" then he gave me the receipt. I mean the problem is that he didn't hear my order clearly, not that he had to do the same thing on the receipt. Of course, if you take the wrong order, you also make the wrong drink!I live nearby and yeah please improve your customer service because I don't want to change my favorite coffee place

I literally got a cup of hot water. I don't mean this as some underhanded dis against Starbucks flavor, I'm talking it was literally just water.Also, when I asked if they could add any flavors to it, she just said "No we don't do that. It's good enough, " which I thought. "Oh, maybe that's a policy or something weird, but okay"Like i get working at Starbucks sucks donkey dock but like, come on. So do yourself a favor, you're already on Google maps, just search for cafes. It's San Francisco, there are hundreds others.
