Good location (next to Trader Joe’s & Cable Car), busy but not bad wait time. I go here at least once a week around the same time and Isaac always remembers my name and drink, what a nice kid! All the staff is friendly, the place is clean, and drinks are consistent
I went in on a Wednesday afternoon around 3, it was pretty empty but an employee named Bryan greeted me immediately and was helpful in helping me decided what I wanted. He took the time to strike a conversation with me and even ask me how the drink was. Would definitely recommend this location! It’s right next to the cable car turn around and it was very cool to watch!
5 stars for saturday morning shift, amazing energy
During the weekday a girl with beautiful tatts gave my asian/ non English speaking mother a wrong order tho. Was too timid to speak up
