Subject: Complaint about poor behavior from a Starbucks employee

Dear Starbucks Customer Service,

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of one of your employees at [location or branch name, if you know it] on [date of visit].
Unfortunately, the employee’s attitude and manner of speaking were very rude and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.

I have always enjoyed Starbucks because of the quality of your service and the friendly atmosphere, but this experience was truly unpleasant. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure better customer service in the future.

Passed by here earlier this morning. I have been here once before. The service was good the last time I went to this Starbucks inside the San Francisco International Airport. I ordered two Large Hot Caramel Macchiatos and two Mocha Frappe drinks. I was with My Father and three other people. I noticed it took 5-10 minutes for the coffee drinks to come. I also noticed that there were other people waiting as well. Honestly, worst service at this Starbucks location in San Francisco.

This branch was extremely unprofessional. They ignored customers and were out of everything. Save your money and avoid this Starbucks at all cost. The young lady looked at me like I was a ghost and the balding guy did the same. When I tried to get their attention, they completely ignored me. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not buy Starbucks.

Mobile order is faster than inline orders

Took 25 minutes to get me the coffee

Horrible experience. The baristas were rude. I asked if they could check the oat milk box to see if it says gluten free due to an allergy and the barista shrug his shoulder and said “mhm naah” so I asked for soy milk instead and ultimately got the wrong order altogether at the end of it all after a 20 minute wait.

Absolute rip off. The staffing in the entire airport is unionized so they really don’t care. And pricing is absolutely ridiculous

Horrible employee. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Spent 5mins chatting with the person in front of me and when I asked if I could get checked out, I was given a rude stare and I was told “we don’t need customers like you”. Everyone in line was irritated. She was screaming at customers as well.

Worst customer service Starbuck I have been to!!! The guy who worked there has such a bad attitude! I ordered for 3 different drinks and I saw my drinks ready on the pick up table and I know they were my order because my name is on the cups! I picked it up and he yelled at me and said I haven’t call the name yet you should not touch it!! So i put it down for a second and he called my name!!! Why you need to yell at me! You should be nice and have manners to the customers!!

This point has a very customer-oriented service, polite staff, and always friendly. I visit SFO often to meet my friends, and Starbucks helps me to greet them with fresh and hot coffee.

Had the double bacon sandwich, which was resin like, as if someone just warmed it up in the microwave, horrible. Now I have an upset stomach, and I'm running to the bathroom.

Pumpkin spice latte tasted differently. My friends said their drinks were different than what they typically taste like at local places in the hometown.

Starbucks should really investigate this place.

Small little cafe at the lower level at the international arrival gates. One of the very few food/coffee options in the unsecured area of the international terminal.
