Unfortunately, the Starbucks policies were not followed at this branch. I was charged 55 cents for sugar, and when I asked for honey, I was told I could add three packets — but no honey was actually added to my coffee. This behavior shows disrespect toward the customer, overcharging, and a lack of honesty, which is unacceptable for a brand like Starbucks — especially in an airport location that serves international customers. Please look into this matter.

A woman who worked there barked at me to “USE THE KEYS “ when I gestured for her to help me. That was the nastiest I have ever had someone turn over a customer to a machine!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the behavior of one of your employees at [location or branch name, if you know it] on [date of visit].
Unfortunately, the employee’s attitude and manner of speaking were very rude and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
I have always enjoyed Starbucks because of the quality of your service and the friendly atmosphere, but this experience was truly unpleasant. I hope you will look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure better customer service in the future.

Passed by here earlier this morning. I have been here once before. The service was good the last time I went to this Starbucks inside the San Francisco International Airport. I ordered two Large Hot Caramel Macchiatos and two Mocha Frappe drinks. I was with My Father and three other people. I noticed it took 5-10 minutes for the coffee drinks to come. I also noticed that there were other people waiting as well. Honestly, worst service at this Starbucks location in San Francisco.

This branch was extremely unprofessional. They ignored customers and were out of everything. Save your money and avoid this Starbucks at all cost. The young lady looked at me like I was a ghost and the balding guy did the same. When I tried to get their attention, they completely ignored me. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not buy Starbucks.
