I've been coming to this location on my way out of BART in the am. I used to go to the one on Market but they closed it down so this is the closest bux. Even though there are lots of people behind the counter, I find that service is sometimes slow. One time the clerk forgot to make my tea so when my sandwich came, I had to ask after my tea. Other times it looks like there's only one person manning the counter and heating the food up - that's even with other people milling around behind the counter. I only come here if I'm not in a rush otherwise, I'd go to Speciality's across the street for faster service.

The barista had a sleeveless shirt exposing his arm pit and chest hair. It was disgusting to think his armpit hair could fall into my cup and coffee. And, my coffee tastes like water. This was a horrible experience!

This place always gets my order wrong. Would use the app to be specific, "add whip" yet they always forget. When I ask for it, they would lift the flat lid, put a small amount and then close the lid, overflowing the coffee and hand it back. Today, I asked the barista not to do put the same lid on and she had the nerve to ask me, "what lid did you want then?" The one you normally use when you add whip cream! Super rude. There are tons of coffee shops around. Don't waste your time and energy here supporting rude baristas.

I love the people working here, I work nearby and come here often, they're folks just brighten my day and I appreciate the speed and efficiency in which I always get served. They all know me by name and know my drink, that's always the best part!
Ordered a SOY hot chocolate, NO WHIP. I see them put WHIPPED CREAM and DAIRY and call it "soy." I ask them if they're sure, and they apologized and remade it as DAIRY with NO WHIP. I bring it back for a third time and ask them to "please make sure it's SOY MILK NO WHIP," and one of the baristas in the back be like, "OH, DEY WANT SOY MEELK?!" Someone please remind me again why we pay so much for these supposedly customizable drinks and supposedly excellent service only to get whatever they feel like giving you, then get sassed at if you speak up?

I have yet to go here and not have to wait forever. For some reason they can have six staff members and one person in front of me, and it still takes 10 minutes to get anything. I specifically go at off peak times (like 1-130) so I can avoid lines, and there's still a wait. Maybe it's a training store and everyone in there is in their first two weeks or something, but it's so slow. Plus side, the drinks are standardized, so they're usually done right.
