I've been coming to this location on my way out of BART in the am. I used to go to the one on Market but they closed it down so this is the closest bux. Even though there are lots of people behind the counter, I find that service is sometimes slow. One time the clerk forgot to make my tea so when my sandwich came, I had to ask after my tea. Other times it looks like there's only one person manning the counter and heating the food up - that's even with other people milling around...read full review

I love the people working here, I work nearby and come here often, they're folks just brighten my day and I appreciate the speed and efficiency in which I always get served. They all know me by name and know my drink, that's always the best part!

I have yet to go here and not have to wait forever. For some reason they can have six staff members and one person in front of me, and it still takes 10 minutes to get anything. I specifically go at off peak times (like 1-130) so I can avoid lines, and there's still a wait. Maybe it's a training store and everyone in there is in their first two weeks or something, but it's so slow. Plus side, the drinks are standardized, so they're usually done right.
