STK San Francisco

I’ve eaten at STK in Las Vegas in the past so I was happy to have this one be walking distance from my hotel. Food was great. Music was a little loud for my tastes. Unfortunately, service was poor. Could not get drink refills or even a beer delivered before our food was finished. It wasn’t very busy. As we left, our waiter was outside the restaurant chatting with a co-worker. What?

Nice place unfortunately the delivery drivers that pick up don't get tipped on large orders I'm guessing the restaurant just keeps the tips. That's not cool

Unbelievable experience... Let me start with how it ended.. $170, Two wrong drink orders, wrong side order, and wrong entree order.. And yes, we paid for every mistake.. also took an hour to get a drink order and food order... We're now late to a show that cost of $300 to go to.. Will likely stop at Jack n the box for dinner after the show...

This was by far the worst experience/service I’ve received at an STK. It took over an hour for us to receive our food and when it did come it was cold. Had to send it back. The Waitress Maggie was a bit rude. Alex the manager did try to accommodate us by bringing a birthday treat out. For my cousin which was nice and GOOD. The Dessert was A1. Then they gave out free shots to the whole restaurant. Which I think was because maybe everyone was complaining about the service. And let me tell you that the shot glass I got had a full lipstick print on the rim! Smh That did it for me. All of us had to send our steak back it was not well! And also my Lobster was very cold smh! I was very disappointed! Our whole party was disappointed. Especially the Birthday girl!

We came here for my birthday last night, the atmosphere was amazing, the people were great. We ordered well over $600 of food. We ordered the Tomahawk steak which was not cooked well, it was flavorless and almost completely raw and chewy. We also ordered the ribeye filet which was practically burnt and over seasoned. The shrimps were good and lobster tail was okay. The mash potatoes were good and the bacon Mac and cheese was decent. The cocktails were great. The main thing that made it a disappointment was the meat. They need to rehire new cooks for the steaks. If you go here I would recommend to not order any of the meat.

Rib cap was mushy, slightly undercooked, and most unfortunate of all, salty. Mac and cheese was good but the creamed spinach and cheddar hashbrowns missed the mark.

We were 13 of us, and we made a reservation 5 days in advance. We waited 40 minutes for a table. The service was awful; it took them an hour to bring out the first dishes. They also didn't inform us that we couldn’t pay with certain cards. The staff spoke to us very rudely — I've never experienced anything like that before.

Horrible service at the bar , we had to ask for silverware , napkins and everything they didn’t ask if we’re done and left the check in front. When we were closing out the bar staff were super rude and had an attitude. Place is mid
