Went to MIXT today for lunch. I usually don't go for salads much but my doctor has been pestering me to eat better, so here I am. I sure miss the days when we had Fresh Choice but this is all we have now. I got the ELOTE here and I was pleasantly surprised with how tasty a salad can be. It had avocados, grape tomatoes, cilantro, fire roasted corn and chicken to go along with this creamy lime dressing. We did a take-out. The salad portion was generous. He finished his but I couldn't. I ordered falafel one and it was my mistake. The dressing was too acidic for me. The greens were too much I had to search for cauliflower and falafel crumbs. Avocado also was not enough because there were too much greens. I think it wasn't bad but I definitely will not choose this menu again. My friend was happy with his choice.

It was a nice and clean space. The only problem with service was a little awkward way of talking and handing the order. I ordered MIXT Cesar salad here. The ingredients were fresh but poorly prepared and the chicken was diced so much that I couldn’t find much in the bowl.
