I’ve eaten at STK in Las Vegas in the past so I was happy to have this one be walking distance from my hotel. Food was great. Music was a little loud for my tastes. Unfortunately, service was poor. Could not get drink refills or even a beer delivered before our food was finished. It wasn’t very busy. As we left, our waiter was outside the restaurant chatting with a co-worker. What?

Sheik, hip, trendy - restaurant. A Great place to find late night eats and drink; when places like The Shelby rooftop deny u service and cancel ur reservation that u made. This the 2nd time STK has saved the day. Don't go to Shelby's rooftop restaurant. Thank you STk.

Had a great experience. Food is amazing, especially the tater tots, miso Chilean sea bass, and New York steak. Juan is very customer oriented, accommodating, knows what the customer wants, and very professional. I would have guessed he was here for many years but he has only been there for two weeks! Will definitely be back.
