I took a friend from Switzerland there after we left the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival in Golden Gate Park. I had a 6 inch steak and cheese and he had a foot long they were both fresh, hot and delicious. The place was small but we were able to stand up and eat at one of the tal tables in front of the window. So we enjoyed our meal and I recommend you stop by and get a bite to eat here.
My experience was very disappointing; the employees were rude, especially a lady. I was there to pick up my order, but she told me to wait for five minutes, even though the order was ready.
This is the first Subway where I’ve seen the footlong nachos. The moment I saw the bag of Dorito chips open made me smile. I knew it was going to be a good snack. Unfortunately, they only use one bag of chips. My smile started fading away. Great overall experience.

I was craving a fresh & hearty sandwich after a long day & train ride on Saturday, November 16 at around 6:00 p.m. The woman who “helped” me was extremely rude; when I walked up she was on her phone & didn’t acknowledge me for a few minutes. Finally I spoke up & she appeared very annoyed. She then made my sandwiches incorrectly & appeared totally inconvenienced. She also drenched them in oil which I did NOT ask for (& the bread was too soggy to eat), Will never go back.

Have ordered here many times over the past 3 years and I've had good experiences, the food is good as well, it's no Michelin star restaurant but it's a subway and it matches or exceeds my expectations for a subway. I have always ordered through the app btw.

I would like to describe this as a small Subway, with no indoor searing but inside the SF station. My experience was good though. The lady was very nice and made a good tuna sandwich.

Basically I get there and they are out of items. The sandwich was made their way. Everything I requested on the sandwich was not in the sandwich and everything I requested not to have in the sandwich was on it. Health wise my sandwich can’t have items with seeds. Very

Very rude and impatient like others' reviews. The old Asian man gave me the leftover bread which the previous customer ordered. I refused to take it then he grumbled. And he was a racist or a male chauvinist. He treated me very differently with the white male customer before me. This experience has not happened just one time. Worst subway ever!
