I would like to describe this as a small Subway, with no indoor searing but inside the SF station. My experience was good though. The lady was very nice and made a good tuna sandwich.

Placed an order in the app for 2 footlongs (both toasted), their oven was broken so they couldn't fulfill the order and were supposed to refund the order. They never did refund.

I've eaten here several times. The food was always fresh (for Subway) and ALWAYS made with pride. The ladies there are fast, nice, and get our orders correct every time. The cookies are tasty. The weekday crew makes everything with more love than the weekend crew (my experience).

Very rude and impatient like others' reviews. The old Asian man gave me the leftover bread which the previous customer ordered. I refused to take it then he grumbled. And he was a racist or a male chauvinist. He treated me very differently with the white male customer before me. This experience has not happened just one time. Worst subway ever!

The lady who makes food is so mean and inpatient. I have no idea why she treated me so different from the white man near me. I came several times and always get bad experience. pretty sure she is a racist.

One of the worst service I’ve ever received. I came on dec 15 at 6 pm asking for a fork, and the lady walked away from me and for a solid minute, she started doing dishes— I was so upset which is something I don’t say often. The fact that she straight up heard what I said and walked to the back annoyed me so much because it felt so disrespectful to the point where I had to inquire again about the fork, and she said 25 cents.

The ladies that make the sandwiches are always nice and patient with me. The location doesn’t have the best surroundings, but it’s convenient when I just want to grab a bite to eat.

I give any stars to this location only because I like subway sandwiches. I really enjoy their bread especially when it's toasted and meatball and other sandwiches that Subway offers on their menu. This particular location have very bad employees who don't care what they do and how they do it. That's not acceptable for the food handling business that employees are not trained properly on how handle the food and how to communicate with their customers. The management should spend more time training their employees at this location.

Order 5 items totaling $71.08 on Door dash at 5:19. Door dash says they accepted the order and are working on it, the deliverer shows up and the store is closed at 5:43 with a photo to show it being closed. I'm not sure what happened other than the employees just didn't want to do it.

Twice now I have seen an employee who is not wearing their face mask or wearing it improperly. Your employees are handling food! They should be wearing a face mask at all times and keeping the place as sanitary as possible! Your establishment could be spreading COVID to their customers and not know it. Train your employees and keep them accountable for wearing their masks at all times. I hightailed it out of there both times and gave service to the place next door.
