I love getting food and coffee here. I think it has a wonderful staff. Many of them know my name.
Coffee and food are always a welcome treat while waiting for my train. Customer service is even greater!
I ordered two croissants here and asked about filling my reusable water bottle, but the cafe does not refill reusable bottles or provide water cups. The only option was to buy bottled water for $3. I understand that small businesses have significant costs especially in San Francisco and this cafe should NOT be responsible for essentially providing free water to Caltrain passengers (that’s Caltrain’s job!).
