It was my first time at Marlowe Restaurant, and despite the insanity of Dreamforce going on down the street, and attendees walking by to get to the concert that night, I had an amazing experience. The service was top notch - from the bartender to the hostess (who made room for an extra 3rd person that joined last minute), to the waiter. While we had appetizers and drinks only, everything was delicious! I will definitely be back. - Sarah
The place is cute and the food is pretty good. Value not as good since food is priced for single item (i.e the deviled eggs you pay for each half of a boiled egg, the million dollar bacon is for a single piece of bacon etc). The taste is really good and although it is on the expensive side, it is not completely unreasonable for the city. Excellent servers and hostess. Their espresso drinks could use some fine tuning but not terrible. Solid 4/5 brunch.
Perfect brunch before a ball game. Shashuka, salmon croquettes and croissant sandwich were excellent, along with an order of donuts to share. It had been years since we ate here and it as good as memory had it.
