Don’t ever buy their ticket online. I purchased a ticket online for after 11pm. I get almost 11:30pm which is fine because the ticket says after 11 pm. But they refuse to let me in. The says the ticket for before 11, but unfortunately the ticket says and thier website clairly says after 11. So I have to pay again to get in.
This is one of the worst places I have been to in San Francisco and I have never been more humiliated at a bar. Do NOT come here, it is simply not worth the security risks. My friends and I went here to celebrate new years and one of my friends and another girl got into an argument. The other girl became extremely physical and aggressive, hitting my friend MULTIPLE times and resulting in her getting a mild concussion (something we found out the next day).
