The BEST VALUE in SoMa. Seriously, your dollar goes super far here and the food, drink, and service is excellent.I had 6 or so PBRs and 5 chicken wings on a Wednesday night (1$ wing night) for like $30 after tip. An incredible deal for SF.As for the bar itself, it’s historic, Well kept, and overall a (somewhat aged) class act. Very nice.Get the wings for sure! Plenty of beer on tap too besides PBR. Will be coming back again some time!
Very mixed feelings about this place. When I first booked with them, they offered artists 10% of the bar sales during the set. I asked my friends, The Traumacides to join me, and they agreed. Two weeks before the show, I get an email from them telling me they no longer pay 10% of the bar and I need to rely on tips and merch sales. Friendly patrons and bartenders. I had two items from the appetizer menu, both super carefully prepared and tasty. Found a gem in the craft beer selection and couldn't help breaking my just-one-beer resolution.
