Never going to subway again I made a $22 purchase using a giftcard during the AWS outage within the subway app its been multiple weeks of reaching out to support and this physical store on geary did not help in any way with the situation and i did not recieve goods or services Scammed.

I was a casualty of their Oct 20 APP issue. Placed my order, payment taken from gift card, but no sandwich. Being trying to get a refund, but their on-line customer support is not friendly. It’s been over week now. Anyone know how to get a refund in a gift card???

If I wanted just (questionably stale) bread I'd go to a bakery. Used to be the produce they skimped on, now it's the meat. Walked in right after I ordered the footlong promo (2nd for $1) and they were already being made by 2 employees. No one in the store except for 1 diner. A steak footlong gets 2 scoops. This had maybe 1 scoop, if that. I had to go through the sauce looking for it. My friend's looked better. She said she thinks she usually gets more Turkey, but her disappointment was that the untoasted Italian bread was a little dry and hard on one end.

This location is constantly out of ingredients. If wheat is the only bread you have available at 11:00 in the morning, you need to change the way you do things.
They didn't have ingredients for the first two sandwiches I asked for. There was no compensation for the compromise.
I'm a pretty picky eater, I do not like wheat bread. If you're forcing me to get something I don't like
Believe me, if I had more time on my lunch I would go somewhere else. I made the poor choice of coming here thinking they would have what I like.
Unfortunately, this seems to be a common occurrence at this location.

I visited your store around 9:45 PM and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member on duty was quite rude. I asked for veggie patties in my sandwich, but he refused to include them, saying he was lazy to warm up the veggie petty even though I was charged for a veggie patty sandwich.

Your food is genuinely great, which is why I keep coming back. But I believe your staff could benefit from better training in customer service. I understand the store closes at 10 PM and the employee may have been eager to leave, but customers aren’t coming in for free food—we’re paying and deserve respectful service.

Please consider addressing this with your team so future visits reflect the quality of your food and your brand.

I picked up a Cherry Pepsi by accident and opened the bottle. I took 1 sip and noticed it wasn’t the normal Pepsi. I went in and asked to swap it for a normal Pepsi or get a refund and they were very unhelpful and rude. Do not recommend this Subway.

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️I wouldn’t go to this specific location. Poor customer service. Lady is rude. They don't even have many toppings or bread options. Their softdrinks are 80% filled with water.🤬😡

I’ve been going to the store since it’s opened. I’ve always been easy-going, friendly and always tip. To have one of your employees come from the back, size me up, and accuse me of stealing a soda is not OK. You have lost one of your longest lasting customers.
