⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️I wouldn’t go to this specific location. Poor customer service. Lady is rude. They don't even have many toppings or bread options. Their softdrinks are 80% filled with water.🤬😡

I’ve been going to the store since it’s opened. I’ve always been easy-going, friendly and always tip. To have one of your employees come from the back, size me up, and accuse me of stealing a soda is not OK. You have lost one of your longest lasting customers.

Unacceptable Service at Subway – 2675 Geary Blvd
I had one of the worst experiences at this Subway location. I went in with a friend, and we approached the counter where the lone employee immediately glared at us and grunted, “I need ten minutes, I’m doing mobile orders. I don’t have time.” We said that was fine and patiently waited.
When my friend went up to order after 10 minutes, the employee had a snappy attitude, rushing him through the process. When it was my turn, he barked at me, “What do you want to order? You’re not saying anything!” I was taken aback by how rude and impatient he was. I even commented that I hadn’t realized there was such a rush.
To make matters worse, while we were still trying to order, two DoorDash drivers were waiting inside, and he rudely told them, “You have to wait!” His frustration was palpable, and it was clear he was taking it out on everyone.
When I finally got to choose my toppings, he rudely told me that they didn’t have most of the usual options. I ended up with just tomato, lettuce, and sauce because that’s all that was available. Then, to top it all off, I was overcharged for a medium soda when I had specifically asked for a small. When I pointed it out, his response was, “Oh well, too late.”
This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. I understand being understaffed or busy, but that’s no excuse for treating customers with such disrespect. I won’t be returning to this location and would advise others to avoid it as well.

The staff aren't too friendly and give you a disrespectful look when you politely ask them to repeat what they said because they spoke too quietly to hear properly.
I don't recommend this place as your first choice, if you're craving a sandwich.
Parking: Use the Target parking lot and walk down the stairs to the shop.

I went to by a food on Friday. The man was angry and he attended to me reluctantly. I want to use the bathroom and he lock the bathroom so the customers cannot use it.I do not recomend this restaurant.
