I've had bad food before but this is a personal worst ever experience I've ever had. The owner is treating employees bad, there's a bathroom that is locked for customers, subway is always transparent and this guy had a metal sheet covering the food so you don't see what you're being served and the amount, he gives you 1 napking a no bag for the food you just purchased and the sandwich is almost coming off the wrap since he uses a quarter of sticker to seal it. The lady preparing the food is nice and friendly but the owner/manager is super cheap. Again, worst fast food I've ever had.

I have low score on food especially on the broccoli soup, it was so gross! So water down not creamy at all one pice of broccoli in it and it was served really boiling hot! Like they nuked( microwaved) it to long, is not fresh soup at all, first and last time buying soup, the old Asian guy asked me what I need and didn’t give me a chance to answer and just immediately said "just a minute" and just stood by the register by him self, just doing nothing, that was weird, the subs are good thought and I tried the wraps are also very good…!!!!

Not happy with the person at the counterI ordered #8 and asked no onionsShe did not hear me and when I also asked to add yellow peppers to make it spicy she replied we go by the recipe… I know you probably do, but can’t I ask to put peppers ??I didn’t want even to ask anymore questions felt like anything I’d say is going to bother her.That wasn’t a good experienceP.s. I did want to ask about sauce with red dot that says “ask us about this sauce” but not this person at the counter…

Poor management. Came Thursday 4pm, only one staff and he’s taking 25mins just to process a customer’s payment/gift card issue. There were 4 people waiting and 1 soon left as it is unknown when the staff can solve the payment issue. The staff also left one guy cut into the line after the solving issue…

Worst customer service. And unable to follow simple sandwich making directions. It’s an insult to any high school kid who is told they won’t be anything but a fast food worker. I’m sure they could do better.

Had a quick bite while waiting for our appointment. Staff was very nice and place was clean and organized. It got busy as we ate our sandwiches but the place kept its order.
