Neither good or bad, I would say it's a pretty average dim sum place nothing too crazy that blew my mind.
We went in at 11:30 and despite out group being one of the only ones there, it took a while for the things that we ordered to come out.

Great food for great price. We had spare rib claypot rice, Beef rice noodle roll, and coconut chicken soup. After tip it was less than 50. Everything is tasty, fresh, and has original flavor of its ingredients with minimum condiments needed. This kind of classical style authentic Cantonese restaurants are less and less nowadays, especially for us who live in South Bay. Owner is sweet and friendly.
