An exemplary culinary journey in a gorgeous exciting space - oysters and king crab to start, the dry aged filet and new york, the horseradish mashed potatoes, the chef's gift of the mochi cake, followed by two magnificent souffle masterpieces. Bravo.
Guys, this is it. The steakhouse we’ve been hunting for ever since the original Bourbon closed. (And let’s be real—part 2 is never as good as the original, unless it’s part of a series.)
Back to super prime: the food and flavors are spot on. I love that they’ve added an elevated seafood element and given a proper nod to the tower. Plus, the chef? Genuinely nice.

Really delicious food and lovely, caring service. Beautiful atmosphere and the music added so much. The ribeye was awesome. I can't wait to go back. Get the Hokkaido milk buns as a side to soak up the incredible steak juices - YUM.
