Maybe my expectations were too high, but this was truly disappointing. The cake tasted awful — dry, and nothing like what was promised. I’m honestly shocked. You can do much better than this. I just wasted $60.

I ordered a $100 cake for my sister’s bridal shower, and called in advance to check whether the writing would be in the pastel/ baby blue color. When I went in to pick up the cake, it was a dark teal. I politely asked the employees whether they could change it to the color I requested. They said no and seemed irritated (and were not apologetic).

I am disappointed to have spent so much on a cake that does not match the colors of the bridal shower and is honestly an ugly color. I wish the employees had been polite enough to offer a solution.

How are you a cake company and can not write a message on a cake! Basic! Called me and basically said no writing or just cancel the order! What happened to customer service and being able to do basic writing on a cake!

The team at this location was so kind and friendly. They made the cake of my teen’s dreams, on a short time frame.

I had a tasty red velvet cupcake with delicious frosting and a pretty good cake. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which was nice in contrast to my experience at Kara’s Cupcakes yesterday, where a grumpy teen with a peach fuzz mustache was quite displeased at my interest their desserts.

I recently purchased a slice of the Tropical Cake.
According to the website, it is described as: Vanilla cake layered with pineapple-accented coconut filling, topped with fluffy coconut buttercream and shredded coconut.
Unfortunately, the slice I received did not contain any trace of pineapple, and it was overwhelmingly sweet to the point that no other flavors were distinguishable.
I was very disappointed with the quality. For a lower price, Whole Foods offers cakes that are significantly more flavorful and balanced.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Very impressed with this place. The cake of the cupcakes is light with some air, but very moist. Then mixed with the perfectly whipped frostings it is delectable. The cofonut cupcake amazed me. Perfect level of sweetness and not overpowering on the coconut. Very nice i want another one 😂❤️

I wanted to have a cake made for my wife's birthday and I think I made a mistake with the size but the gentleman there (dressed in a Santa Claus costume) immediately made a cake in the size we wanted and gave me another small cake as a gift and I was very happy because it was a very beautiful cake, thank you for your understanding and for making us even happier, from now on you will be the cake maker for all our celebrations. Happy Christmas 🤍

December 3, 2024- Tuesday.

I came here on a Tuesday evening to redeem my Birthday Slice. As soon as I walked in, the employees were so welcoming. The employees at this location have good energy/vibes and it made my night. I got the Vanilla Celebration Cake and it was delicious.

Definitely recommend this location if you are craving some dessert!

The shop looks nice and they have a lot of options. There are no seating options unfortunately so it’s a take away shop. I ordered a piece of carrot cake, it was not the best unfortunately! I won’t be having it again here, but I will try some of their other stuff. A piece of carrot cake was $8.25. The service was ok, not the most friendly.

I’ve loved the cake and cupcakes here for a while. They’re on the sweet side and have so much frosting. A little expensive for a cupcake but they’re tasty. The cake can sometimes be dry depending on when I get them, so 4 stars. Their custom cakes are always beautiful!

I recommend the coconut and lemon cakes!
