I LOVE this place. I miss coming here since I moved across the water to Oakland. Every so often when I go to the city I make a point to stop in to get my favorite matcha with the red bean. I loved it so much I brought my family here who was visting from out of state. I was pleased to know they liked it as well.

After waiting 30 minutes for my drink, took a sip and just had to spit it out, taste nasty! My friend in other hand said she didn't honestly enjoy her drink and just ate the Boba and threw the rest away. I wouldn't recommend.

I come here about twice a month and I love their mango sago drink, it's perfect every single time! I haven't tried their other drinks, because I'm obsessed with my drink order, but I'm sure that they are delicious.

This is my first time visiting this place. They ran out of taro. So I ordered the coconut milk with grass jelly. It was pretty good. Not too sweet. Just the right amount of sweetness and ice. I would definitely come back and try other drinks on the menu. i also like the fact that you can order by person or kiosk and pay by cash or card. Giving different servicing and payment options to customers is always appreciated.

Had the warm matcha boba. Liked that they had soy milk substitution and zero sugar options. It was pretty good. Only complaint was the $1 charge for milk alternatives

I’ve come here a few times now and each time I’ve been I’ve found it to be a great experience. The vibes of the place are great for letting you get to relax and enjoy your time there. Especially when it gets later in the day and the LED lights turn on. If you want to pass the time the place has got a couple of claw machines with different prizes in each if that’s your thing. When it comes to customer service, I’ve only had the best experience that I could have. No issues in the slightest. I always get something different every visit and I’ve yet to be disappointed in my orders.
