I’ve come here a few times now and each time I’ve been I’ve found it to be a great experience. The vibes of the place are great for letting you get to relax and enjoy your time there. Especially when it gets later in the day and the LED lights turn on. If you want to pass the time the place has got a couple of claw machines with different prizes in each if that’s your thing. When it comes to customer service, I’ve only had the best experience that I could have. No issues in the slightest. I always get something different every visit and I’ve yet to be disappointed in my orders.

Good lord Sweet Cups. I did not expect to be wronged this afternoon. The lack of non dairy creamer is negligible. The fact my green tea was extremely bitter and orange? Quite unpleasant but not worth the time to review. But the lychee jelly I ordered coming in the form of a massive gritty blob akin to a washed up sea creature was too far. Honestly don't know what they were doing here, but I attached some pictures for reference.

They have some promotion of their happy hour 12p-4p of bogo select drink free.Slight over priced for the milk alternatives (+$1). You can sit at tables or off to the side. They also have some claw games if you want to try your luck.

Apple mango jasmine green tea and rosebuds black tea w cream cheese foam! Like that the tea is not weak tasting. 75% sweet on the foam tea was still little sweet. Need a little more fruit but the flavor was good!
