I come here about twice a month and I love their mango sago drink, it's perfect every single time! I haven't tried their other drinks, because I'm obsessed with my drink order, but I'm sure that they are delicious.

This is my first time visiting this place. They ran out of taro. So I ordered the coconut milk with grass jelly. It was pretty good. Not too sweet. Just the right amount of sweetness and ice. I would definitely come back and try other drinks on the menu. i also like the fact that you can order by person or kiosk and pay by cash or card. Giving different servicing and payment options to customers is always appreciated.

Had the warm matcha boba. Liked that they had soy milk substitution and zero sugar options. It was pretty good. Only complaint was the $1 charge for milk alternatives

I’ve come here a few times now and each time I’ve been I’ve found it to be a great experience. The vibes of the place are great for letting you get to relax and enjoy your time there. Especially when it gets later in the day and the LED lights turn on. If you want to pass the time the place has got a couple of claw machines with different prizes in each if that’s your thing. When it comes to customer service, I’ve only had the best experience that I could have. No issues in the slightest. I always get something different every visit and I’ve yet to be disappointed in my orders.

Good lord Sweet Cups. I did not expect to be wronged this afternoon. The lack of non dairy creamer is negligible. The fact my green tea was extremely bitter and orange? Quite unpleasant but not worth the time to review. But the lychee jelly I ordered coming in the form of a massive gritty blob akin to a washed up sea creature was too far. Honestly don't know what they were doing here, but I attached some pictures for reference.
