I come here because I know Jeff Poon the sushi chef at Sakesan on 1500 Ocean Ave. He’s been selecting, slicing, creating the best sushi and making me crave coming back to San Francisco for the last 15 years or so. Sit at the sushi bar and have Jeff create your meal. Well worth it!
My favorite Japanese restaurant in San Francisco! A couple doors down from a killer Chinese bakery as well!!
