Unfortunately this taqueria is located in a not great area. However, the staff was quite friendly and the food order did not take long whatsoever. The biggest turn off were the exorbitant prices...and the flavors were a bit off.

Tacqueria Cancun is located in a somewhat uncomfortable corner of San Francisco, the streets are dirty, although street cleaning teams regularly clean the sidewalks with high-pressure cleaners. There are a lot of homeless people on the streets here who don't do anything to you but still reduce the feel-good factor.
The restaurant is very simply decorated, you could almost say “shabby” but the Super Burrito was really incredibly good. Huge, juicy, heavy and incredibly tasty. In San Francisco there are a lot of good Mexican snack bars and restaurants due to the large Hispanic community, but this was certainly one of the top third. If I lived in San Francisco, I would definitely come here often and gain a lot of weight. ;-)

I love Taqueria Cancun! They serve up one of the BEST BURRITOS NORTH OF TIJUANA! And i 've BEEN to TJ, so i guess i oughtta know! The atmosphere is spicy and pungent, the service is very good indeed, and the price is right! i highly recommend Tawueria Cancun to anyone who loves Mexican style antojitos, both the Market Street AND Mission Street locations. Try the CHORIZO SUPER BURRITO or any of their excellent torts. They've got traditional Mexican cold drinks too, like Horchata and Tamarindo. VIVA TAQUERIA CANCUN!!!
Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian, but i've seen that the vege burrito is super thick and loaded with all the good stuff.

Popped in on this restaurant by chance. Just wanted a snack and a drink. Ordered Nachos, fried brustle sprouts and Potato Brava's. Nachos are served with shredded pork/ freakin delicious and the sprouts are to die for! Try the cactus margaritas, delicious! I know I made a fool of myself eating, because it was so good. Cant wait to go back!

A little inconspicuous, but great and authentic food. The Burrito Mojado is highly recommended, but also a lot.
