Food was good wish you can it certain ingredients from your order. The server mixed up our order but didn't even bother to try to fix it or provide us with extra noodles since one of us put it in the wrong broth.

I have been here many times pre-COVID, but this is my first time here since post COVID and I felt like the customer service here has really gone down hill. We had to ask for our water to be refilled and had to request for extra soup, when before they would walk around asking us if we wanted water or soup refills. The menu is the same. I think the boba prices went up though. The quality of the food is the same, but I'm not sure if I'll be back considering how bad the service is.There is paid metered parking outside.

My Japanese Miso pot hardly had any miso flavor. The napa cabbage in all of our pots was very bitter. Bathrooms are clean. The Yelp check in offer is no longer valid. Why don't they remove it?

came in 15 mins after they opened and they rearranged the tables for us. staff were friendly despite knowing limited English. i ordered the beef hot pot with medium spicy. it was an enjoyable spice for me but also on the spicy side. would recommend mild if you can't handle spicy because they have chili oil on the side in which you can add to your soup if you want it to be spicier! a lot of beef briskets and seafood were included! the fish paste was my favorite! it was really filling and enough for one person ig @eatswithpristie

I like to come here whenever I'm craving for hot pot! I usually can't eat too much, so I don't go to AYCE hot pot that often. Since you get your own small personal pot here, it's the perfect size for me. I prefer usually prefer the mild beef one, as it never disappoints! The only bad part about these set personal pots is that the ingredients are pretty limited. The staff here are friendly and the restaurant is clean. The A/C is pretty strong in there, so it can get a bit chilly, which makes it perfect to eat hot pot.

I come here mainly for lunch. It’s a nice chill atmosphere. You order through your smart phone with a QR code. The food comes out fairly quick. If you can’t handle spicy don’t go above a medium. Medium is pretty spicy. The food is

It's a new restaurant open inner Richmond you order it a pot and they come in a little tray with some heat so keep your soup warm but is single dish it's not like everybody can share you order one item and it's just the right size for each person try it out I might go again PS they use a QR code to scan to order food and you can pay with that or you get to pay the other way they're mostly orders but from QR code only

All these reviews complaining about service, have you guys been to an asian restaurant? This isn't a michelin star vibe, if you want to be wine and dine, don't come here! You aren't gonna get that for a $15 meal! No frills spot with plenty of choices from beef to lamb with a multitude of broth choices. I go here after a hangover for a cleanse and it always hits the spot. I always get the Beef Hot Soup and swap out the broth for a thai broth for a little sour and spicy kick. It is one of the few hot pot places in SF that opens for lunch. They give you free sweet tea with every meal too. Easy and I always know what I'm going to get when I come in!

Came here for my moms birthday because she was craving hot pot and it hit the spot! No wait time which was awesome and the service here was great! The host staff and servers were very helpful and was able to get us what we needed in a timely manner. As for the food, love the portion sizes and the variety in every pot. The flavor itself for each dish was great, but I especially loved the sauces we were able to make!

Tasty Pot serves individual pots with different broth and ingredient combinations, setting it apart from other hot pot restaurants where you select your own ingredients. I tried the Szechuan option with medium spice -- beware, because it is truly SPICY. I had tears coming out of my eyes halfway through...I tried my friend's Kimchi Dumpling soup, which was much more palatable. Overall, this is a solid option, especially on a classic foggy SF day.

Why does Tasty Pot hit every time I get it? Probably because I go like once every half year. Such a good spot to catch up with old friends. I always get the beef option with extra spicy and vermicelli (instead of rice). I love more noodles, it taste good with the broth. I always take my tomato out and eat that at the end or on its own because I don't like cooked tomatoes. BTW COME FOR LUNCH! The meal comes with a free black or green tea and it taste soooo good. Not too sweet but just enough to have a balance with the spicy salty food. The workers are fast and always adhere to us when we need something! Everything is clean and I am able to enjoy the food! I find myself going early, so right around opening time, and it isn't too packed. Maybe I should go more often than twice a year!

Tasty pot is always a great occasion when you're feeling a nice hot pot. I had gotten a the taiwanese supreme and it was a huge portion. Ordering was very simple and contactless. There is a QR Code on each table for you to place your order. The food came out fairly quick also! This place is great for eating solo or with a group of people. Always a treat whenever I have tasty pot!
