I have been here many times pre-COVID, but this is my first time here since post COVID and I felt like the customer service here has really gone down hill. We had to ask for our water to be refilled and had to request for extra soup, when before they would walk around asking us if we wanted water or soup refills.The menu is the same. My Japanese Miso pot hardly had any miso flavor. The napa cabbage in all of our pots was very bitter. Bathrooms are clean.The Yelp check in offer is no longer valid. Why don't they remove it?

Food was good wish you can it certain ingredients from your order. The server mixed up our order but didn't even bother to try to fix it or provide us with extra noodles since one of us put it in the wrong broth.
