The menu features unique and fresh dishes, such as the scallop tigre de leche ceviche, squid ink pasta with clams, and halibut crudo with Serrano peppers and Thai basil oil. The anchovy toast is a definite must-try—surprisingly fresh and not fishy at all, with a beautiful presentation. The tower, a selection of fresh oysters, sauces, and vegetables, is also a highlight, along with the broiled oysters with roasted garlic–balsamic butter, which are rich, flavorful, and satisfying. The drinks menu includes a range of options, including a low ABV Negroni fugazi and a Moschofilero Troupis Hoof & Lur wine. However, some dishes, like the Cantabrian anchovies, may not meet expectations.
