There's only one vegan ice cream flavor and two cookie flavors. I did a mix and match for my ice cream sandwich.
I didn't like the chocolate chip cookie but the fudge/brownie cookie was good. Didn't really like the chocolate chip ice cream as it had a gumminess too it and flat flavor.

It's different offering of icecream, but the quality of icecream is not good. Tastes low quality, no flavour and serving is okay.
If you want to go into diabetic sugar shock this is the place for you! Amazing ice cream and cookies all rolled in one.

Stopped into Baked Beer Ice Cream Sandwiches and wow—this place is a gem. I went with the brownie sandwich filled with mango and caramel ice cream, and it was unreal. The brownie had that perfect balance of fudgy and chewy, and the ice cream combo was both refreshing and indulgent. Staff was friendly, vibe was fun, and you can tell they actually care about the quality. Easily one of the best dessert spots I’ve found in San Francisco.

This place was such a great late night guilty pleasure. I was so excited to find it and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh cookies, delicious ice cream and so many toppings!! Try the ice cream cookie sandwich, so good!

Excellent cookies and ice cream. Many varieties to choose from. They kept the line moving despite being very busy. Ate on premise which was comfortable enough for the short time we were there but nothing special. The pick your cookie outsides and ice cream inside concept was cool.

Craving some ice cream, we found this spot where you can customize your ice cream sandwiches. They have cookie sandwiches, brownie sandwiches, combo sandwiches (cookie & brownie), and vegan cookie sandwiches. We got the combo sandwich and asked for it not to be toasted. The sandwich turned out to hold together well, and tasted good!
