This is hands down some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had, highly recommend with the cookie!

Very sweet but delicious ice cream. I’d probably get a cone if I were to order again as the cookies whilst good do harden up with the ice cream. This is minor though.

Wow, very cool experience. These are simply burgers made with ice cream and brownies or cookies. Very good!

Stuff was rude and ignored the several customers.
You are not allowed to sample any of the ice cream- if they were traditional flavors, whoa cares? But they have a variety of unique flavored ice creams.
They staff was quite rude when we would ask questions and would not explain the process or help.

Great spot for ice cream sandwiches worth 50% of your daily caloric intake. I got the mint chip ice cream, which was delicious.

Highly recommend getting the gooey batter cookie. It's one of their most popular cookie flavors for good reason.

Unlike the Baked Bear branch in San Diego, you can't sample any of the ice cream flavors, which is a shame.

I had 3 flavors of ice cream and the snickerdoodle cookie and there's no actual flavor in any of these items. All I tasted was sugar couldn't finish anything. Each thing tasted like nothing but sugar.
Wayyyyy too expensive for that.

Edit: I've read the other reviews and people seem to agree on the same things...maybe the owner should stop defending and be solution-oriented.

I can't start this review without talking about the original American who had the idea of putting ice cream in the middle of two cookies. Spoiler: he's a genius. We are used to industrial ice cream sandwiches... We found our Holy Grail in this restaurant. The ice cream sandwiches are homemade here! You have the opportunity to customize your perfect sandwich. Brownies; cookies; ice creams as well as topping, everything is customizable! One word: Thank you! For around $10 I can only advise you to go and find your little happiness in a tray.

Vegetarian options: You can add vegan cookies!

Parking: There is no parking for the restaurant

Kid-friendliness: Suitable for a child but these are large portions

Overpriced for what you get. $40 for 3 people. Ice cream and cookies are nothing spectacular. Fun to customize cookie sandwich though.
