They were out of vegan cookies when I went in and seemed confused when I asked. I tasted the one flavor of vegan ice cream and it was very mid. I said thanks and left. There are better options in the city.

Walked by it at 10:58pm ish and decided yes I’d like to sit down n have some ice cream. We ordered, sat down and the girl working there said sorry we are close. 5 seconds later she said we have to go they’re closing. Like hello, warn us first . We wouldn’t have ordered ice cream to stand outside your shop on a cold February night. Or at least give us a few extra minutes to finish our scoop of coffee cream rather than kicking us out the door then closing the metal garage door and turning off the light at exactly 11:03pm. We stood there in the cold eating our $11 ice cream. Never again, such poor customer service .

This place was fantastic!!! Everything in this place tasted so amazing, the portions were great and the ice cream and cookie flavors were unique and delicious. I wasn’t expecting much because there was no line and it was like a little hole in the wall but the service was fast and the desserts were amazing. I got a Nutella cookie and brownie for the outside of the sandwich and I got caramel, fudge, pretzel ice cream to fill it. It was really fudgy and the mix between salty pretzels and sweet vanilla and caramel contrasted very well. The whole sandwich was warmed up slightly which made the Nutella cookie and brownie even better. Everyone’s was so good with fast service, a place to sit and quirky flavors. 10/10

There's only one vegan ice cream flavor and two cookie flavors. I did a mix and match for my ice cream sandwich.
I didn't like the chocolate chip cookie but the fudge/brownie cookie was good. Didn't really like the chocolate chip ice cream as it had a gumminess too it and flat flavor.
