I can't start this review without talking about the original American who had the idea of putting ice cream in the middle of two cookies. Spoiler: he's a genius. A little bit overpriced when it comes to the ice cream, even if you get some pretty big portions. We bought both half a dozen cookies and ice cream. The cookies were really good and so was the ice cream. The seric was okay, but a bit difficult to talk to her there as she spoke very softly.

Highly recommend getting the gooey batter cookie. It's one of their most popular cookie flavors for good reason.
Unlike the Baked Bear branch in San Diego, you can't sample any of the ice cream flavors, which is a shame.
