I walked in, was the only customer there, and before I was there for more than 5 seconds, and before I could even look at the menu was told “we don’t take any questions.” Rude, maybe racist (I’m Indian) perhaps both. Management feel free to contact and I’ll tell you what the guy looked like. I’m sure the coffee is just fine but that was the nastiest service I’ve experienced outside of a Taco Bell.

Excellent cappuccino
Super overrated. 20 minute wait for them to pour coffee out of a vac pot. Mediocre at best.

Long overdue review, definitely one of my go to coffee spots in the city. Love their seasonal lattes especially the ginger spice latte.
The service here is always friendly and drinks are consistent.
There is no seating inside, but I usually like to pick up coffee here and walk down to washington square park or take a scenic walk to abacus row for some window shopping:)

It’s a surprise and interesting espresso experience at 7:30am, tonic water plus extra espresso, it tastes okay and fresh for me. Also bought coffee bean and will try once return to the UK.

A tiny cafe next to the Tram. Inside for ordering then sit/stand outside to join your cup. Great atmosphere of Tram view and for sure pet friendly everywhere in SF. ^_^

The best cafe in California. You can see San Fran's famous cable car along the way. They are good at recommending coffee beans and the coffee tastes good. Try it as our signature coffee. There are also goods, so if your accommodation is nearby, you can go there every day.

The best coffee i had in the city center of San Francisco. Most coffee shops around Union square are chains who don’t know how to serve a good barista coffee. The Coffee Movement is the coffee shop if you are looking for a great barista coffee. Staff is super chill and nice.

I went here very early on Sunday around 8am and there was no line. The coffee was good but I think the lack of seating or standing room in the cafe is kind of annoying. Reviews and articles said there were benches outside but there are really just kind of cheap and dirty painted rolling counters so not really a place to sit. I don’t understand why they gave me a paper cup, plastic lid, and ceramic saucer because it seems wasteful of plastic and water to clean ceramics.

One of the best coffee spots in the city, even the standard filter brew in fantastic. No indoor seating at this location
Senpran’s No. 1 coffee restaurant.. Really..! I've been to San Francisco several times, but I just saved it and went this time and it was really delicious!!! The waiting line is long, but since it is for takeaway only, the line moves quickly!
There are three types of coffee you can taste if you choose one type of coffee bean, and each one is really different and delicious. The latte is especially delicious, so I'm going to have a cup of latte next time!
The staff are very friendly, and although the outdoor space is small, you can have a drink, so be sure to stop by!!

Hands down the best coffee in the Bay Area! What I love about this place is its simplicity - no seating, just a small space where everyone stands and enjoys their drink (reminds me of the roadside tea stalls in India, that focus purely on the drink and the experience) :)
Their coffee is exceptional - strong, smoky, and perfectly dark, with a punch in every sip you take. Whenever I’m in the area, I make sure to stop by. A must visit spot for every coffee lover!
