I spent a relaxing afternoon with friends having ice cream, drinks, and snacks at the picnic table parklet. Thanks for the delicious food and also for your nice hospitality (Dom) bringing us extra jars of water on a hot day!

Wheelchair accessibility: Great wheelchair access as the tables inside aren't crowded and the bathroom has an accessible stall. Parklet also wheelchair accessible

My sister and I stumbled onto this place walking around. Normally I check reviews before dining anywhere but I took a chance and was pleasantly surprised. The Hummas and pita were a great starter. The chicken shawarma was sooo good I couldn’t waste any of it even though I was full. The homemade pickles on the side were some of the best so have to mention those. Had some ice cream for dessert after watching the live belling dancing show which was great entertainment to end the evening with and they have it every Saturday so I’ll be back with more friends next time. Highly recommend!

We had reservations 17 of us from my Kiwanis cub. We put our dinner order in. But the mane get failed to put our order in. Waited a couple of ours still no dinner. So disgusting they need to shut it down now.

If you want to experience Istanbul as a tourist in SF, this is your place. This was truly and authentic Istanbul experience. Hear me out.Istanbul is full of tourist traps, restaurants and entertainment places created with no taste and authenticity. These are set up for passing tourists and not for repeat customers. Petra is one such place in SF.We went there because we saw a poster "Belly dancing nights, every Saturday 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm". Nothing more. Naturally we took that at face value and turned up at the place by 8:30 pm. We asked them when the "show" begins and they said 8:30 pm, it should begin shortly. We ordered some food and beer, which was below average (refer back to made for passing tourists). I felt bloated for 2 days. It's 9:15 pm and no sign of a belly dancer. We waited, at this point we accepted that we had been bamboozled. Regardless, by 9:30, the "show" began. What is this "show"? It's what they call a "talent show". Random people performing — a child sang, somebody did a standup comedy sketch (2/10), 2 people rapped (2/10), and so on. The sound system was so bad, nothing was audible in the tiny space. We did ask, what about the poster outside. At this point it's around 10 pm. They said the belly dancer will perform for 10-15 min towards the end of the "talent show". We left and laughed at ourselves, a lot. We fell into a tourist trap in our city.Like I said, bamboozled. If that's the experience you're looking for, this is your place. The staff and service was super nice though.

As much as I want to support new Araby spots, I was disappointed here. I don't think they know what they want to be, a shawarma spot, a family dining spot, an ice cream shop, a sports bar, a culture dinner/show spot, pick a theme and stick with it, please.I would advise them against being a shawarma spot because they don't know what that is. Seriously, the chicken was sauteed pieces with lots of seasoning. My friends lamb shawarma was inedible. Falafel was a bit dry but the fries were crispy good. The service folks were nice but they had zero clue about the menu, bill split, or even plate serving. They need a minimum to figure themselves out, and I wish them luck in doing so, seriously.

Regulinchi. The Lamb kebab was a disappointment, the lamb tasted like nothing. Quite disappointing for the price they charge. It was cold in the place. The service is friendly but I wouldn't recommend it, there are many Mediterranean food places with more flavor and better prices.
