Went here when we were desperately craving ramen!! Cute spot. We loved the calamari, it was great. Was a bit difficult to get water and ramen was not amazing. Expected to be blown away for the price. Spent $80 (2 peopl) with no beverages besides water and one app.
Taishoken is famous for their tsukemen dipping noodles, and it's the one dish I'll definitely recommend. But beware if it's your first meal of the day, it will feel very heavy by design, especially paired with the fatty pork belly. The chashu is one of the more interesting chashu's I have tasted. First time having tsukenman and it did not disappoint. Had the calamari appetizer as well which was also delicious. Service was excellent. Party of two got there just before close on Thursday night and there was no wait.
